Maximum capacity in the classic Hailong standard We present the Hailong 48V 21Ah battery – the highest capacity design variant dedicated for use with controllers integrated into the base. Offering almost 1 kWh of pure energy (982Wh), the pack is built in a 13S6P configuration based on 78 original Samsung INR18650-35E cells. This is an ideal solution combining powerful range with compact dimensions – the battery provides a noticeably greater distance than standard 13Ah or 17.5Ah versions, fitting easily into most bike frames.
Ideal replacement and full compatibility If you previously had a conversion kit with a 13Ah or 17.5Ah Hailong standard battery, this battery will perfectly fit your existing mounting rail, allowing them to be used interchangeably! The design is fully compatible with popular drives on the market:
Geared and gearless kits: MXUS XF15C, Bolt e-1000 / e1000 Smart, Rapid S1100.
Mid-drive motors up to 750W-1000W: Tongsheng TSDZ2, Bolt 500W, and urban systems.
The battery allows for maximum efficiency and optimal range at cruising speeds up to 35 km/h.
Reinforced flat pins – Reliable electrical connection Our batteries use modern, double flat pins (utilizing both positive and negative connectors simultaneously). Unlike older systems with round (bullet) pins, the flat version allows for slight micro-movements of the battery on uneven terrain without the risk of loose contacts. This prevents arcing, improves load capacity, and drastically extends the lifespan of the entire base.
